- Weekly Stays - guest receives a 7 percent discount

RESERVATION POLICY
- Deposit of 50 percent required within 1 week of reservation - check, Mastercard, Discover or VISA
- Deposits will be credited to the last night of your stay
- Short notice reservations guaranteed by credit card only.
- No shows - deposit will be forfeited
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Deposits will be refunded if notice is given 21 days before arrival date
- 60 days notice is required for June, July, and August reservations
- If early departure occurs, rent for remaining nights will NOT be refunded
