POLICIES
All Holidays and first 3 weekends in October are 3 night minimum at full rate.
All rates subject to 5.5% sales tax and 5.5% room tax.
RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
- All rates based on double occupancy
- All units are nonsmoking
- Additional persons $10 extra per day
- Children 16 and under stay free
- Cribs and high chairs are available
- Two and three night minimum on MOST weekends
- Check-in Time: 3:00 pm
- Check-out Time: 11:00 am
- Sorry, no pets allowed on the property

- Weekly Stays - guests receive a 10% discount

RESERVATIONS
- Deposit of the first night's rent is required within one week of reservation

- Deposit will be credited to the last night of your stay
- Short notice reservations guaranteed by credit card only
- No shows - deposit will be forfeited
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Deposits will be refunded if notice is given 7 days before arrival date
- If early departure occurs, rent for remaining nights will NOT be refunded
