Fall 2014

Homestead Coffee House Buzz:

While the Summer/Fall Tourist season is winding down in Fish Creek, more and more visitors are planning their Winter retreats and quiet romantic getaways!  A few of the local restaurants will be closing up after this weekend, and bit by bit Fish Creek will settle in to it’s Winter routine.

After a very rainy spell, the sun has been shining through, radiating the beautiful fall colors that are the pride of Door County. Shoppers are taking advantage of “end of the season’ sales and the Homestead is maintaining its high standard of guest satisfaction.

Fish Creek Chatter:

Jack-O-Lantern Days is planned for this coming weekend, with some Trick-Or-Treating along the way.  Markers for The Door County Fall 50 run are lining the streets. Winery tours are booking up, and reservations are being taken for the Manager’s Special and Weekend Romance Packages for this Winter Silent Sport Vacationland!

Don’t forget the awesome wonders that Peninsula State Park (in our backyard) has to offer.  Snowshoe, cross country ski, hike or sled down hill 17 for your enjoyment.
