Hotel Policies
All Rentals Are No Smoking & No Vaping. No Pets Are Allowed.
Rates:
- All rates are subject to change
- All rates are based on double occupancy
- All rates subject to 5.5% sales tax and 8% room tax
- Additional adults are $10 per person, per night
- Children 17 and under stay FREE
- Two or three night minimum stays on most weekends, festivals and holidays
Reservations
- A valid credit card is required to guarantee your stay
- We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express
- A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is charged to your credit card 7 days prior to arrival. The balance of your stay is due at check-in.
Cancellation
- No penalty for reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to check-in
- Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in will forfeit one night’s stay
- If early departure occurs, rent for remaining nights will NOT be refunded
